Strawberry Fields

Was there anyone out there that guessed about a month and a half or so until my next post? Because if there was, you were correct, my friend, and you win a prize. If, and only if, you can show me some sort of proof that you did, in fact, bet that it would take me a month and a half to add a new post.

I really should do this more often, shouldn’t I? Not because I want people to read my blog because, let’s be honest, how many people are reading my blog? Not many. But that’s okay.

Here is my plan. This is going to sound pretty redundant, and it probably is because I sort of tried this a while ago and the blog died out, but I created another blog. Still on wordpress, still written by me, but it will be more about my thoughts. This blog is pretty boring because I lead a boring life. Which is okay. It just means that I don’t really do anything. So, my new blog, the address of which will be given at the very end of this post, will be about just things that I’m thinking about, things I want to get off my chest, I don’t really know, just anything. This one I will probably try to update every few weeks, so if, by some miracle, you are a regular attendee to this blog, be aware of that. This is not because I hate this blog and I want it to die. It’s because I don’t do anything worth writing about. This summer I will have some great stuff to mention (friends coming out, HUME!, etc.) but right now, not so much. Some events coming up that will hopefully make it on here will be my birthday (less than 2 months!), taking the SAT’s (oh gosh), taking my AP English Test (probably in the same post – oh gosh), and ending school. However, the sooner of those is not until the beginning of May. So, unless something wonderful happens to me from now until May 3-4ish, there will likely not be a post on here until then.

With that, I give you the new blog, Wide Open Fields:
http://wideopenfields.wordpress.com/

I hope you check it out. If I manage to update it enough, it should be pretty great. If everything goes as planned, I will be able to post all kinds of creative things there.

Talk to you all eventually,
Katie
